Reactivation
Incomplete applications for credentials evaluations become inactive after 6 months. Inactive files may be reactivated for a $75 fee. Files classified as inactive are destroyed after 1 year.
Upon receipt of a completed reactivation form, NCEES will
- Acknowledge receipt of the reactivation form (electronically or by mail)
- Notify you of all records needed to complete your evaluation
- Complete the evaluation of your file when all required documentation is received and degrees are verified.
