Assessment Method:
RBA's online courses have between 15-20 multiple/choice and true/false questions. Certificates are not given without a score of 80% or higher. If questions are marked wrong, another chance to mark correct answers is given. Questions are designed to ensure that course takers read the material and retain knowledge. We also encourage feedback from course takers to ensure the content is highly accurate and gives us an opportunity to make adjustments to the course. When a face to face course is presented, the instructor provides interaction during the course & time at the end for questions to ensure audience participation.
