Some amount of Socratic Method (open Q&A) is used to keep the participants focused on the material and to provide measurable feedback to the leader. This ensures that concepts are being presented clearly and are being absorbed by the participants. Depending upon class size and material, (2) to (4) small group activities are conducted in class allowing participants to put their new skills to work immediately. Following each activity, the instructor will review the correct solution and discuss individual solutions if incorrect. Also, the exit survey is arranged to rate the quality of delivery vs. the course outline. |
