Learning assessment is achieved primarily by a follow-up learning assessment form which is distributed to all attendees immediately following the conclusion of the question/answer portion of each activity. Attendees are asked a series of objective questions to gauge the educational content of the activity and the effectiveness of the instructor. Subsequently, attendees are asked a series of subjective questions which are designed to assess the perceived educational benefit of the topic, as well as the presentation style and format. The results of both questionnaires are then studied to make continuous improvements to each activity we provide. |
